The doctor was knowledgeable and explained my options in great detail. She checked for understanding and she even drew me a picture of my knee to understand what she planned to do during surgery. The staff was helpful and let me know that there would be a long wait. During my wait they checked in on me and let me know they had not forgotten about me.

Very busy day. For sitting over 90 minutes in the waiting room, I wish my doctors appointment was more than 5 minutes long.

My first visit was explained to me thoroughly the pain I was suffering. I was given an injection. My second visit was brief and nothing was done except to follow up if I have the same pain. Only the waiting time that I have concerns.

I know Mondays are usually pretty busy. My appointment was at 9:15 and I was not seen until almost 10:15. The wait time was still pretty long.

Dr Tan took the time to listen to what I had to say. He then clearly explained what I needed to accomplish before he was ready to perform surgery. The follow-up appointment - to ascertain my progress - was set immediately. It was a great combination of respect for patient, efficiency and competence. Would totally recommend.

It was really good except the waiting time, I waited almost 2 hrs before I was seen !!! Staff was very friendly, and helpful!! Need to figure out a better schedule!!

I’m really happy with all the treatment I ve beings Erving from Doctors Timothy , I want to say thank you to him, the only issue I had was on Visalia office that I rescheduled an appointment tha one I had 10/6/22 to 10/9/22 and I recibe the confirmation and the 9th the receptionist didn’t let me see the doctor she rescheduled again over a month later so I’ve on pain for more than a month, I made a coment to Timothy and he couldn’t understood, why, that’s the only complaint I have.

I made an appointment 3 months ago in Visalia. Arrived at 0745. Front desk said I didn't have an appointment there that it had been moved to Porterville. I was never advised of that change. Front desk said it wasn't her fault but mine. Said she would call and advise Pville that I would be in there later that day. She didn't make the call. Very rude. The Pville staff and Dr Tan are a great and I recommend the to anyone.

From the moment you enter to the office, the treatment is excellent. The doctor is very friendly and attends very well, he does not make you wait for anything.

It was time for my annual follow up appointment. I knew that my osteoarthritis and nerve damage in my hands and neck had progressed. Dr. Liu listened to my concerns, answered my questions, and explained what actions we could take in the next year. He was professional, kind and compassionate. A great doctor.

The staff was very courteous. Dr Hendy was ver nice and seemed very knowledgeable regarding my case. The only negative I have is if you have an aquarium in your office you need to make sure it is kept clean. The first time I came in it was clean, this time it was full of algae and disgusting. It definitely needed to be cleaned.

Today was excellent, however, in the past I waited for 2 hrs to be called. Very frustrating.

Dr Liu was fineZ he listened. I was NOT impressed on the process to make an appt is my only complaint (it took 11 calls) and still to this day no one has ever called back. Poor communication but once I was there everyone was great!

Nice people pain gone

Doctor Liu did an exceptional job on my finger where it should have been amputated at the tip he was able to save 90% of my fingertip and it doesn't look too badvfor the damage that was done to it. And Dr Liu is extremely friendly Timely very helpful with advice. I would refer anyone who needed any type of Orthopedic help to him, in my opinion he's in the top three ever in my life, that's saying a lot I've had cancer 6 times I've been through a lot of doctors he's king of the lot

Dr. Hendy was very thorough in explaining my injury and image results. He re-examine me and measured my range of motion and asked about my pain levels and concerns. I feel he genuinely cares about my well-being, unlike many other doctors that I have seen for this same problem. Dr Hendy has a plan of rehabilitation for me, and is adamant in helping to better my quality of life. I am very thankful to have Dr. Hendy as my caring physician.
