I have been a patient here for years due to arthritis in my fingers. The medical staff is amazing , but to get through the red tape of this office is horrible. They send you a link as a check in process the day b4 your visit. I never receive the link. Now I'm a nuisance because i have to fill out a paper. Trying to reaching a human at times can be difficult when i get my lunch , because they are closed for lunch and now I am classified an MIA patient because I didn't return for my follow up appointment even though i told them i wouldn't be back . I get charged $35.00 to return for a follow up appointment to tell the dr I am fine, plus it also means leaving work early to get there during their hours. This office is very robotic and impersonal. The world is moving in the wrong direction.. we need drs to remain human. We aren't robots out here and the world is an expensive place so i watch my spending. Pls consider not charging me $35.00 for a follow up and Ill come back for my follow ups. I'm so annoyed by this whole thing.

Surgery went great. Physical therapy is doing well. Yes, I would recommend Dr. Liu. As a great Surgeon

I've never had any issues with anyone in the office, they've all been very polite and respectful. Dr. Thiesen has always shown interest in how his patients are feeling and helps you in any way he can. I thank you all for being so good to me.
